The second key is on a set of hanging logs left of the hanging trap you just shot. Just outside the mine entrance (40 meters south of wealth icon), get to the location shown in the picture below and shoot the crank to release the trap that has the first key. This locked chest is underground, in a mine, behind a destructible wall. Approach it from the west of the wealth icon (not the east side that’s blocked by icicles) This chest is hidden behind a breakable ice wall. The second key is on one of the rocks in the pond beneath. Just remove the stone and collect the key from the trunk. The first key is on the right of the chest.
